We have been providing campers and staff with memorable summer experiences for over 20 years. As Director of 3 camp sites in the GTA, I am responsible for the planning, budgeting, marketing, recruiting, organization and decision-making of all camp-related matters, including managing and supervising over 270 seasonal staff, 5 full-time staff and over 1000 campers. My goal is to provide a safe, secure and fun camping environment while building and fostering a sense of community through informal education. Additional functions include: ● Manage all aspects of 2M dollar budget. ● Securing new sources of grants and funding. ● Brand development, social media traffic growth, web site development. ● Implement and oversee customer service systems. ● Liaise with public relations and digital media consultants on digital outreach strategies. ● Update Board of Directors on camp successes and upcoming strategic plan.
