  Plans, coordinates, and conducts environmental site assessments (Phase I and Phase II) and other real property-related services to identify ASTM recognized environmental conditions (RECs) and other areas of environmental concern in accordance with ASTM standard practices and client-required scopes of work. Discusses potential environmental concerns with property owners, state regulatory officials, local government officials, lenders, and prospective purchases. Develops proposals and quotes for Phase I and Phase II projects. Discusses and evaluates all potential RECs with Sr. Project Managers and develops written reports concisely and competently describing findings.
