I have known Phil for the last 15 years and during this time he a been a valuable employee. I have been his boss and also his co-worker. Phil was instrumental in the design and implementation of the software that is used by our customers to track their linen usage in their facilities. He worked directly with our customers to train them on the program and to gain an understanding of their needs to enhance the capabilities of our program in order to make it a better tool. He then worked directly with the programmers to convey the program requirements and to test the enhanced functionality. In addition, he developed and deployed the documentation for the users and trained our Customer Relationship Managers on the program and it's use. This approach to train the trainers has been key to the success of managing the numerous customers that are using this software application. . I have worked with Phil for over eight years and he has been on my team for the last three. During that time I have found Phil to be a detail oriented person that will dig into a project or problem until he finds the things that need to be addressed. He always had solutions to present along with his reported findings. Phil also has an excellent customer service approach and attitude. He was the primary support person for our web and mobile solutions that allow our customers to interface with our ordering and billing systems. I never received anything but glowing reports from the customers and our sales and service teams on his work ethic and interaction with them. Our industry is facing many challenges that have led to headcount reductions that effected many good employees through no fault of their own. Phil would be on the list to be rehired if positions were available.
