Some of my achievements include: • Led a digital transformation project for a 13 Billion Rand fund management client and defined their company-wide digital strategy. • Establishing a software-as-a-service division for the agency focused on eMarketing and app development, which has generated a new recurring revenue stream. • I successfully developed a performance marketing strategy for the British High Commission (TFSA) in South Africa, which helped them reach export-ready businesses in Southern Africa, including countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, and Mozambique. This was all part of the British government's efforts to establish trade relations in the region outside of the Southern African Economic Partnership Agreement (SADC EPA) post-Brexit. Additionally, I had the opportunity to oversee the user experience design (UI) team, the front-end development team, the back-end development team, and provide strategic input to the creative team. • Assisted a top-tier South African Bank in increasing engagement in their Enterprise Development program. I achieved this by developing an Account Based Marketing strategy, creating an editorial calendar for content management, growing a database of SMMEs that met the program's requirements, designing email templates, and implementing analytics reporting. Engagement in the program increased by an average of 60%.
