  Worked as part of a cross-site team on the delivery of a range of regulatory driven projects into a large operations department. Leading multiple work streams for large scale regulatory change (most recently the Abolition of Contracting Out) and working closely with BAs and SMEs, I contributed heavily to the Business Requirements and Solution Design documents in preparation of the IT build.Working with Software Developers and Test Analysts, I provided them with regular support to ensure the build was accurate and test plans were robust and covered all aspects of the changes.In addition to being close to the IT side of the project, I was also involved in delivery of training to the operations teams and the production of associated training material.Being keen to ensure customers are treated fairly and serviced according to the terms of our products and the regulations governing them, I have always been keen to identify opportunities for improvements & fixes and have successfully secured funding for smaller scale projects.For these smaller projects I was responsible for planning, requirements gathering, solution design, securing resource, producing test plans as well as performing a majority of the testing.
