Our ‘keep it simple’ approach and ability to deliver has led to the continued growth of UA Consulting over the past 9 years. During that period, we have invested in our solutions, documenting the substance that sits behind our approach to portfolio, programme and project management (P3M). The resulting evolution of UA Consulting as a business inspired our decision to rebrand into a specialist P3M consultancy, The Grangeside Group. This development means that as well as continuing to practice P3M we now offer clients the opportunity to define a clear roadmap of how they want their P3M conducted, demonstrate how big the gap is and how to fill this so their maturity moves to a level where they feel comfortable managing internal teams and/or third party suppliers in the delivery of their strategic objectives.
