It’s always great to work with people that want to build on the existing and are willing to try new things, working for a Brand like MTV requires that kind of mentality, and Phil definitely brought that to the table, every project we worked on together he challenged the approach to make sure we got the best possible information to tackle the problem at hand. The work was always very collaborative, bringing great insights to projects and helping us as we continued to work on the evolution of the MTV brand. His presentations were always exciting as his personality added lots of color to the presentation. Had some of the best brand and industry conversations with him, great profesional and colleague.
