Phil was an integral part of the self insured worker's compensation program I worked on while at Hutchinson Technology Incorporated. He was supportive of our goals and worked very hard to manage his office and staff to acheive our goals of reducing the cost of claims and improving the efficiency of every dolar spent to administer claims. Phil is a man of great integrity and honesty who was able to admit when service wasn't what was expected and then diligent to effect the changes required to make it so.
