Mark Group were a multinational energy efficiency company specialising in Solar Power and Insulation in Australia. I managed the sales operations in South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. I travelled frequently to areas within my territory as well as regular management meetings in Sydney. Through coaching, training and recruiting new staff I assembled a very successful unit that would regularly exceed targets and expectation. The team had the highest closing ratio of the other teams in the country.
