We specialise in global freight forwarding and warehouse and distribution services. Over the last two decades we have grown our reputation in the retail warehousing and distribution sector, providing bespoke solutions for many distinguished brands and retailers.The accounts I looked after were:Head sportswear, Waitrose for Office Depot, Lulu Guinness, Link Theory, J Brand Jeans, Soho Home, Soho Retail, Gap, Mother care, Karl Lagerfeld, Helmut Lang, Roper Rhodes, Parks of London, Mih Jeans, Markus Lupfer, Butterfly Twists, Toyota, Banner School wear, Corbin &King, Hacche, Bjorn Borg, For Paul and Overland Retail.I managed 2 multi user site operations based on one of the UK’S largest distribution parks. I had over 150 staff, full time and agency working on my sitesThe sites I managed provided bespoke solutions, bonded warehousing, multichannel fulfilment, value added services (VAS) and returns processing. Both sites specialized in clothing and high end retail fulfillment capabilities including hanging garment and single pack for ecommerce and multichannel retailing. I managed the introduction of 6 new accounts across the sites in 12 months.I reduced business losses of £30,000 a week into making profit.I managed to retain two customers who were going to leave CML before I started.Improved customer and staff satisfaction and won a Sliver from Investor in customers awards 2018.I increased our service offering to Customers by creating a reverse logistics option called Green room.I created and headed up the continuous improvement programme which was implemented across all sites and departments.I chaired the junior board which was the heads of department across the business that was responsible for change.
