  Maintaining a workforce of 18 operators, on 9 production cells, responsible as they are for their safety, and well being. Making sure we hit all efficiency and quality targets as set by our daily Key Perfomance Indicators. Always looking for ideas for continuous improvement and training and development of our team core skills. Able to repair certain machine breakdowns at short notice, or distribute workforce to other machines, minimising breakdown time. l have attained a number of skills during my time here, ranging from, Hgv class 2, to a First aider. Recently l have completed a Team leading Apprenticeship programme, where l gained a number of qualifications, ie; Pearson Btec level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (Qcf) Pearson Edexcel Functional Skills qualification in English at level 1, Functional Skills qualification in Mathematics at level 1, and Pearson Edexcel Functional Skills qualification in Information and Communication Technology (Ict) at level 1.
