I worked on a number of projects for organisations across the world (mainly Panasonic in the US, EU and Japan); many with a technical nature which have delivered value to the customer and to P+S. These include:Delivering a parametric search functionality for Panasonic Industrials. Facilitating user interviews, overseeing generation of personas and delivering an experience that met user needs.Producing a marketing hub and LMS for The UK Hydrographic Office.Delivering a ‘headless’ Drupal CMS, associated Angular front end application (WCAG AA accessibility standard) and product information management (PIM) system - making the deadline for initial release after 4 months and managing a team of as many as 15 (some remote). Managing ongoing incremental feature development following this and now working on a similar architecture for another division.Development of UI and Angular components for an airline booking experience in partnership with Amadeus (supplier of back end booking system) again to WCAG AA standard. Development of iOS and Android app for Panasonic using the Ionic framework. The app won a Panasonic internal global award.Producing a written report identifying options for global PRM solutions for Panasonic and weighing costs and benefits of existing software vs building a custom solution ahead of a multi-million £ development project.I am also involved in my team’s recruitment process and in shaping the company’s approaches to projects and solving problems within the department. Some initiatives I have been involved with include:Developing an estimation model and guideline for project managers and developers.Leading a process improvement initiative with one of P+S’s clients in Europe.Leading project management and team resource meetings to forecast requirements.
