Brad Miller
When MAG acquired London Stansted in 2013 we had a very full integration agenda. One key aspect was obviously IT. We had completed our due diligence pre-completion and had a firm plan in mind for post-completion activity. Very quickly we realised there was a huge opportunity to improve upon the plan. Phil was, at first, an integral part of the team to help deliver this. Very quickly Phil was leading the delivery of the new plan. This task shouldn’t be under estimated given the scale of change happening at the same time. I will always be grateful for Phil’s expertise and calming approach.

Phil delivered a digital transformation programme at Heathrow Airport and I was the work stream lead for Business Change and Adoption. I found Phil to be great to work with, he provided us with strategic direction, got the program into shape and helped us all to ensure we were all connected and working towards the same goals, no mean feat on a programme of this size! He was also very supportive when there were big challenges and had a pragmatic approach to getting done what we needed to get done. We won an award for workplace transformation ( UK IT Industry Awards) under his leadership. I hope to work with Phil again soon.

Phil has been instrumental in the shaping, development and implementation of the Digital Workplace programme at Heathrow. He is calm, structured and great at getting the best out of his team. He offers a good balance of challenge and support and is clear about expectations. He has been able to galvanise and motivate colleagues front different companies to create a team that has consistently delivered great results. A real asset to the programme.
