Recently designed, built and sold our first single family home. Provided permit documents in accordance with NKC's housing and zoning ordinances to maximize the footprint and design. The contemporary dwelling makes the most out of the small shotgun lot with vaulted ceilings and a new open floor plan. The new second floor provided additional square footage, which in turn added value to the property. Learned to work with new materials/ trades as well as put to use years of design, construction, estimating and management experience.
