Since joining Utiligroup I have been involved in helping Utiligroup achieve it’s targets via the support and implementation of multiple technologies and processes through the various phases of the companies growth. Successfully delivering Utiligroup's ISO27001 accreditation and with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and run with them. I have been heavily involved with the design, implementation and security of Utiligroup's network and hardware infrastructure, including it’s datacentre implementations. Due to being involved in all of Utiligroup’s client implementations, and more recently playing a key role in Utiligroup's uSmart implementation, I have gained extensive knowledge of the touch points within the industry and between them, Utiligroup’s systems and those of our customers.
