TIRZ #2 of Laredo is a 1,027-acre greenfield development project that provides numerous public benefits through contribution to the local public works program, donation of land to Webb County for a new fire station, and construction of a new educational facility for Laredo College. ● Instrumental in securing and re-financing of loans with large financial institutions where the transaction volume of note principals is around $160 million.
