I worked as a sales partner with Phil for a number of years and I can only say: he is unbelievable. His ability to understand the most complex facts and giving a solution that makes everybody happy is one of his great strengths. Despite of the fact, that it for sure was not always easy to work with me, his well thought through but fast answers (via phone, mail or personally) were a big delight and reflected his skills. I really miss working with him and during all those years Phil became more a very good friend than a working partner. Finally I can only support Zoë: he should be a team leader by now!

He is fun, professional and can adapt in all situations and is always willing to reach out to support others in his team, he should be a team leader by now! Outside of sales I have also seen him use his acting talents professionally in the theatre he is a great entertainer and fun to have in your team.
