After knowing Phil over 20 years, I can say with assurance that he is first, a man of God. He has been my minister for this time. He has always been there for my family and myself through difficult times. He help us educate and lead our children to come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. He has been faithful to our church during three or four times we were without a lead pastor. Phil helped keep our church growing during these times. As associate pastor, he recently help oversee a successful major building program at our church. Phil is a supremely talented singer. He came to my church as minister of youth, children and music, but is also very talented in ministering to the older generations as well. Lastly, Phil is my friend. He has been very supportive my family as a friend as well as pastor through a couple of health crises. My family and I will be forever grateful we have Phil as a friend as well as a minister.
