Phil joined City Lit in January 2017, to lead on all areas of external engagement. He has overall responsibility for delivering City Lit's strategic objective to improve our influencing activity and brand awareness, informing the public perception and attitude towards City Lit and adult education. He works across all political settings, with specific attention given to the Mayor of London and team at City Hall.
