Phil completed work on two web pages for me while working as an independent contractor. Despite working independently Phil ensured all work was completed professionally and thoroughly. Of the two landing pages, one was built from scratch, with only a brief specification. And the other was incomplete following the work of another contractor. Phil and I started as peers at Honeycomb TV where I had the pleasure of mentoring him and eventually becoming his direct manager. Phil is a great self-starter; we work as a remote-first & distributed team and he gets on and gets things done.
