  Assembly is responsible for the mechanical construction, plumbing, testing, troubleshooting, teardown, and final installation of all of the machines and equipment B-K Tool produces for our customers. I manage the scheduling of manpower, project timelines, incoming manufactured and purchased materials, and inventory materials. I provide the Assembly Team with a engineering perspective to problems and troubleshooting. At the same time, my Team is teaching me about the hands-on details of machine building - educational to us all! I require of each person on the Assembly Team to come up with an improvement project each year that will benefit their department in some way. This has yielded some great ideas!
