  Phil is in his second year with Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic and brings over 8 years direct marketing experience including running his own direct marketing company in Calgary. Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a major in Finance, from St. Mary’s University in Halifax and is currently enrolled in the Urban Land Economics program from the University of British Columbia. Phil’s current Industrial market knowledge and excellent working relationships has allowed him to work with a number of International Industrial Tenants and National Industrial Landlord’s.
