While planning our first trip he patiently answered my 4 million questions and helped us replan our trip at the last minute when we had a plumming issue at the house that we had to pay for. Rather than scrapping our whole trip he got us into a value resort so we could still afford to go. He was also able to get our family the free dinning plan that came up after our trip had been already scheduled, which was a nice bonus for us. His service is great and cost free. He went so far as to call and text me during our vacation to let us know about unique opportunities that came up.
