Redundant circuits were added for HA and aging systems were either upgraded, integrated, or decommissioned. This redesign resulted in a simplified infrastructure that increased efficiency and decreased downtime. -Championed a system based on Zero-based budgeting to justify IT expenses. This system has drastically cut IT expenses and has made future budgeting not only transparent but also more straightforward.
