  -Decide on suitable suppliers/factories for each style for bulk production after analyzing them based on cost, quality & capacity -Create & maintain data using SAP system -Negotiate cost with both local & oversea (Hong Kong, China & India) suppliers and maintain the good mark up for every season - Maintain good business relations with suppliers -Decide the sales price based on garment value -Approved lab-dips, hand-loom and bulk fabric -Doing garments fitting and prepare comments for supplier to ensure the garment is done based our require measurement and requirements -Communicates with supplier constantly and monitor the production status to ensure the delivery is on time -Inspection and processing of defective claim. -Monitor the sell thru from time to time, work closely with marketing department to ensure the goods are sellable, or else, analyze & make immediate necessary actions. -Conduct market survey regularly to keep track on current trend, customer’s mentality and also competitor’s price point and on-going promotion -Travel to Hong Kong & China for fabric sourcing, trend research & also factory visit regularly -Prepare a clear and detailed final capsule by using AI to team member and front line every season Show less
