      FOR JOB SEEKERS - CASE STUDY ➡️CONSULTATION: We met the 43-year-old marketing director from a large European pharmaceutical, oncology company for a confidential meeting in Nihonbashi. He was working 16 hours a day. We discussed his career, he shared that his life was out of balance, home life was suffering. We listened to his hopes, goals, dreams and ambitions. We made a plan based on his timeline. It was clear although he was working at a great company he was not getting the right opportunities, his career had stalled. ➡️OPPORTUNITIES: We kept in contact through sharing market information. Within 2 months we were able to present him with an exciting opportunity at a rare disease company that was a good match for his career and future goals. The position of commercial director was a step up as was the potential salary package. The new firm emphasized the importance of a balanced work and home life. We confidentially presented his resume and proceeded with setting up meetings with the new company➡️OFFER: Through the interview process we consulted and counseled the marketing director.
