  Professional Placement - I was part of Interoute Unified Communication team. During my time at Interoute, I had the opportunity to engage in many areas of business which included; sales, product management, DDI traffic monitoring, time sheets, managing excel reports, managing and handling customer demands and overall assistance for the team to handle day to day tasks. As well as building my experience of working in an IT industry I was also able to build a commercial awareness of the IT market as well as the finance and business processes used in the Unified communication department at Interoute.
