  - Executing HR Operations such as: recruiting new members, workforce planning, reports, etc. - Contributing to human resources management of SUFIR. - Ensuring the internal members and student's benefits according to SUFIR and updating the benefit package for them. - Supervising 9 executives and 35 coordinators based on preagreed benefits and compensations internally, and over 700 students at FIR. Contributing to 5 typical projects (relating to the Recruitment, benefits&compensations..) to renovate and ensure human resources for SUFIR. - Increasing the number of students applying for SUFIR's positions by 10% and the number of student members by 20% over the previous year through benefits offered by HR.
