Digit Front Team was initiated 2 years ago, we onboarded 6 new people. We focused on ECL2 in 2020, then released ECL 3 in 2021. This year we bring more UX/UI skills and deliver new services. We built a powerful FIGMA UX/UI starter kit to create wireframes and mockups based on our bootstrap component library. I accompanied the Team during the different stages : Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing From spring 2020 to Summer 2021 I was also the scrum master for the web tools team. This team was already well mature.
