The IRM-IT team assists the entire NS IT organization in safely handling information by setting IT security standards and advising business units and projects. The organization has faced challenges in implementing security measures by IT devops teams. To improve the process of ensuring compliance and maintaining security measures for NS IT applications, a improvement project was started as part of the NS Cyber Security Roadmap. As a project manager at PPI within the National Police, I managed several multidisciplinary projects, including;- the technical implementation of a new BIG Data intelligence platform based on HADOOP,- the setup of an DTAP environment for the existing platform, - and the coordination of police-wide rollout of various intelligence applications. Within these projects, I led teams of 10-15 people in various technical areas, including architecture, development, operations, networking, storage and floor management. I also acted as project manager for a team of 40 people, overseeing the consolidation and centralization of several data centers and the creation of a backup center.
