I work on our backend which serves transaction data to our apps, and enables users to send transactions and use Wallet Connect. Our backend pulls multi-chain data from multiple sources, and converts to chain-agnostic JSON which our apps consume. the ICASL research center is creating an extreme environment capable ARM processor for use in the NASA Ocean Worlds mission to Europa. I am responsible for transistor-level layout. I delivered 90 nm layout in two months from zero experience in Cadence Virtuoso. I also created layout guides for future graduate students working on the same project. the ICASL research center is creating an extreme environment capable ARM processor for use in the NASA Ocean Worlds mission to Europa. CURENT at UT is a National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center. Their vision is a fully monitored and dynamically controlled power grid, equipped for renewables. I researched modeling grid faults with differential equations. Created new data structures to simplify inputting a set of differential equations. Learned the Differential Transform Method quickly then coded a differential equations solver. My solver matched the standard solver with 0.01% error. Presented my research, explaining the Differential Transform Method and why it will be more time efficient than previous differential equation solvers. Show less

KW builds fridge cases for supermarkets to sell groceries in. They customize cases to customer's exact needs. As a co-op, I focused on improving the design workflow, while assisting in manufacturing engineering. Designed wiring kits for a difficult controller, cutting assembly time in half. Previously workers measured and crimped each wire manually. I assembled controllers when a large order caused a production bottleneck. Created standard, configurable CAD models of fridge cases to streamline prototyping new parts. Show less

    • Summer Camp Counselor
      • May 2017 - Aug 2017

Camp Comer, a BSA summer camp, hosts a 4 day canoe trip weekly for campers. My partner and I planned the route on the Tennessee river and led the paddling trek. Led the 20-mile paddling trek for 4-8 scouts. Planned non-perishable meals and carried scouts' gear in a canoe. Motivated scouts to fight through the long trip, taught camping skills and collected litter along the river. Worked in the kitchen and taught small boat sailing on weeks where no scouts signed up for paddling trek. Camp Comer, a BSA summer camp, hosts a 4 day canoe trip weekly for campers.
