For the last several years I have had the privilege of getting to know Peyton as a renter. This is kind of a unique relationship to get to really know how dependable someone is, not just with money, but regarding respecting others' property, being a good neighbor, etc. If all renters were like Peyton, everyone would want to be a landlord. She is a great communicator, takes extremely good care of the property (including doing some odd work here and there herself), is 100% reliable paying rent, and I've never had a complaint about her at all. Quite the contrary, neighbors pay complements! I feel that I can confidently recommend Peyton based on this experience, and would be happy to chat with anyone to support that.
