As a Recruiting Coordinator contractor, Peyton supports several cities/markets with me in Missouri and Tennessee, along with other recruiters for other markets within the Consulting practice and our Launch internship program. From Day 1, Peyton has been incredibly engaged in the role and very quick to learn not only the complex processes across the global business, but the individual processes the different recruiters utilize to manage their local recruiting efforts efficiently. Peyton has also provided several great process improvements since starting and continues to push new ideas through myself and the team, such as candidate communication cadence and improvements in candidate tracking through Excel and our centralized candidate ATS. I greatly appreciate how willing Peyton is to jump head-first into a project/initiative and understand that mistakes are a part of the learning process and having the curiosity to ask the "why" behind a certain project process. Peyton also has been very comfortable with our client-serving teams and joins me consistently on calls with partners and managing directors of the business that support our recruiting efforts, and help coordinate these leaders/interviewers/candidates of the local practice(s) through the interview process. Given the amount of markets she covers (including across EST and CST), Peyton has also been extremely organized and keeps myself and the team well-informed as tasks are completed and as questions/concerns arise. Finally, Peyton has been extremely adaptable in the role and has consistently worked with me through tougher situations in the recruiting world (technical issues with interviews, candidates/interviewers backing out last-minute, delays in the system/process, etc.). Through all of this, Peyton has been extremely professional in addressing these issues and assisting myself and the team through those situations. Peyton's background in primary education brought a unique perspective to the role and she has proven this time and again through her conflict management skills/expertise from her prior experience. From her short-time with us to this day, I can't recommend Peyton enough for any related roles. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me as a reference should you have the pleasure to consider Peyton for an opportunity with your company. Thank you, Peyton, for all that you have done!!!
