Smith of Purdue University and the Purdue University Archives and Special Collections to discover the untold story of astronaut Eugene Cernan and his relationships with cosmonauts during his NASA career. Through this research, I interviewed retired NASA Apollo engineers, delved into Neil A. Armstrong and Eugene A. Cernan's personal archival collections, and explored various facets of NASA history.I plan on publishing my findings by the end of 2023.
