Performing regular reconciliations between the maintenance planning software, spare parts search software and store’s transactional software. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Inventory Optimisation, stock reduction and cost avoidance Supporting stores centralisation activities of moving over 55K line items across over 10 satellite stores to one main store by controlling new parts creation and deduplication of existing materials. Achieved stock reduction and cost avoidance for over £500K by deduplicating over 3K items, utilising current stock and improving visibility of parts available on site. Supporting plant’s closure activities by developing spare parts run down and cost cutting strategy leading to spend reduction of over £100K. Master data integrity project Leading a project for spare parts material master data cleansing and standardisation of over 55K different line items; coordinating walkdown of 25K line items.
