Petya spent almost two years working for our family as an au pair and given that our children are older she contributed more like a house manager. She is highly organized, conscientious, and extremely hard working. When COVID quarantines set in, she began coordinating the kids' online schooling, in addition to sports and activities. For our younger child, she took the initiative to read the teacher communications and map out what projects and assignments were due. Petya created and tracked weekly schedules, daily schedules, and task lists for the kids. As part of a house manager role, she performed and paid for all the shopping and errands and generated a weekly accounting to invoice us. It is really impressive how well organized Petya is. My husband has spent his career managing large projects in the financial industry and he believes that Petya has all the skills and potential necessary to be a superstar project coordinator. Since she spent almost two years in our home, it is also worth noting that she is a pleasure to spend time with as a person. She would always offer to help, whatever the task, and would join for board games or puzzles in the evening. While she may seem a little shy when interviewing, she is going to make a fantastic hire for some lucky company.

As a Claim Coordinator at Further I take care of our members from the moment I receive the claim until their treatment is completed. This includes, in a first phase, reviewing all relevant documents along with our Medical Panel to evaluate the case and, once this is done and approved by them, we proceed to send the member to receive treatment abroad. At this stage, I make all the necessary arrangements for this to happen. Coordinating with the chosen hospital the appointments for treatment, arranging travel and accommodation for the member (and a companion), making sure that everything goes according to plan, and keeping in touch with the member so that they know they can count on us during their stay abroad. Each member is unique, so it is imperative that each one receives exclusive treatment, which is the case with Further.
