It’s rare to meet a dedicated standout talent like Petri. Petri worked at Munich Innovation Group as our Business Development Manager for Finland in 2013-2014, and I had the pleasure of supervising his work and professional development. I was particularly taken with Petri’s ability to work independently and assimilate new information very quickly. Petri held the top position for new business for months on end and ultimately his work ethic and responsibility made it easy for us to entrust him with new and more challenging markets, such as the UK, the United States, and even Asia Pacific. I was also always impressed by Petri’s ability to engage with the team and act as an inspiration to others. His sense of humor and positive attitude lit up the office and cheered us on. No matter how tense a meeting, Petri made sure that everyone left with a smile and feeling good about themselves and the team. And, of course, Petri’s ability to pass on knowledge and tailor his method of communication and mentoring to fit the person was a great advantage to have in a diverse team with a variety of backgrounds.
