Negotiate freight requirement orders with Steel Mills (Realta Shipbrokers is responsible for negotiating approximately 40% of all outbound steel and 15% of all inbound coal transportation in Brazil), Negotiate tonnage requirements for our Principals (Fednav International, Oldendorff Carriers, Fairway Freights, TRC Shipping), coordinate all post fixture processes, manage all existing of Charter Party (contracts), providing integration between ports/terminals, Owners and Charterers. Coordinate the outstanding accounts between Charterers and Owners, focused on develop new clients (business) and projects for represented Owners. Providing information to clients and principals, in order to help then to understand better our market, causing them to choose the best strategy and thus more competitive. Special projects: Coal operation at Thyssen Krupp CSA and CSN, (due to the Praia Mole accident Vale used this as an alternative for the steel mills in order to keep the raw material inbound). Managing the whole operation, starting with the vessels lineup, organizing the coal yard together with terminals, managing the quantities loaded by trucks straight to the mills and to the yard where the coal is loaded on trains. Programming the coal trains and realizing the interface between MRS and operators in order to optimize the loading process in both yards (CSA/CSN). Fednav International Limited Montreal Training program started with 3 months at operations department and 4 months working on the chartering department looking trough NCSA and USG, market. Show less

Logistics Coordinator (01/2008 – 02/2009) - responsible for the distribution of our 6 production units (Crateús-CE, Floriano-PI, Iraquara-BA, Itaqui-MA, Porto Nacional-TO e Rosário do Sul-RS), serving Petrobras, handling a volume 450.000m³/year, with a revenue of over 900Mil/year. Coordinate our production based on the existing demand. Development of operational biodiesel indexes and sales guides to help on the take/pay of the Petrobras system. Heading all rate negotiation for the biodiesel and its by-products utilizing different transportation systems (truck, train and maritime), with a gross revenue around 25Mil. Also responsible for the negotiation/rates on the by-products (Glycerin, fatty acids and salts), with an estimate revenue of 10Mil/year. Coordinate a 7 person team (one in each unit) plus 1 in the head office. Responsible in obtaining info from each unit and consolidate it. This data is then used to decide our commercial strategy/production. Logistics Analyst (06/2007 - 12/2007) Acting in the hiring, allocation and dimensioning of our fleet, for the biodiesel and its by-products disposal. Responsible for weekly programming and its adherence. Care in distribution companies ( BR, Ipiranga, Esso, Shell, Texaco among others ). Responsible for the loading/delivery plan. Invoice customers. Guide manufacturing procedures, monitoring lines and giving instructions regarding loading orders for the units. Research and development of potential new clients for the by-products (glycerin, fatty acids and salts), monitoring receipt and quality standards.
