  "Hidasta elämää" is a website covering issues relating to a good and balanced life. I write articles which are often illustrated with my own photographs. My main areas of interest are the environment, nature, human interest stories and urban life, but I keep my options open to all subjects. Lately, I have specialized in short videos, designed with Instagram in mind, for example. I have learned how to produce contents for the website, the special needs of web environment and content production.   I have worked as a volunteer in Tany Maitso project almost four years, the latest year as one of the three coordinators. The main task, project management, includes reporting, budgeting, fundraising, communication and coordinating volunteers. I have learned the principles and objectives of development issues, and how to implement those in practise. By visiting the destination country more than once (2012, 2013 and pending 2015), allows me to put these issues better in context.
