  CEO of a family business with 50 years of experience, specialised in the production of high-quality special fasteners tailored to customers’ requirements and made from a number of special materials. After my graduation in economics, my employment with Anton Blaj started as the finance manager and an accountant. I handled a wide range of responsibilities; these included preparing the company`s financial plans, bank negotiations, raising funds and the procuring of tender. I have been with Anton Blaj since 2001. To get equipped with marketing and branding skills in a global market in 2006 I made an MBA and got the master degree of international marketing. By becoming CEO, they have been significant changes in responsibilities, not only regarding investments but also in the use of automatic control equipment, robotic operations and better education and training for our staff. I have also been privileged to contribute to developing long-term development strategies for my hometown. I am challenged by changes and have been exceedingly inspired by the development of Anton Blaj. Show less
