We source the produce directly from farms and bring it back into the food system in two ways: through a food box subscription that we sell to private consumers, making it easy to eat more sustainably, as well as selling Grim produce to food businesses that want to make their processes greener. Every kilo of food sold is a kilo of food saved, which also means savings in water, CO2 and land use along the value chain.
