Expat Zone is my project that unifies mutually complementing businesses where I’m providing comprehensive services & outsourcing to hundreds of clients from the private sector & dozens of companies from nearly 60 different countries all over the world. Average biannual turnover growth in the last nearly 5 years of market presence is 109 % with 500+ services procured hitherto varying from consultations to bigger projects spanning up to 1 year. During this time, I have been engaged in a wide range of sectors by carrying out project management in the areas of process establishment (external during outsourcing implementation & internal viz the next paragraph), real estate (renovation of flat at Vinohrady, construction finalization of flat at Chateau Troja Residence) or logistics operations (supplier selection, implementation of semi-automation system, staff training). Moreover, consultation services & outsourcing in the areas of compliance (mainly company establishment, consulting legal conditions in various sectors, residence permits and contract verification) and crisis adaptation (Brexit, COVID-19, the war in Ukraine). Part of the project are some of the most transparent processes in the industry pertaining to handling personal data, where the client has 100 % awareness and direct control of what I’m processing and why. Moreover, the client has a unique opportunity to learn everything a given service encompasses even before first contact is made because the website is partially written as a contract guaranteeing items stated by publicly available ToS.
