Achievements: - Successfully led a BIM pilot project. - Implement a system of automotive quantity takeoff from the BIM model. - Launched workflow that helps Sales Department extract information from 3D model of building to CRM. - In 3 years the number of BIM projects increased from 1 to about 50, and the number of BIM coordinators from 3 to 12.
