Our menus are carefully crafted to offer gluten-free options and a variety of drinks with add-ons and supplements that support a healthy lifestyle. Working at family restaurant U Kroka during the first COVID lockdown was an incredibly challenging but fulfilling experience. As the pandemic hit, our business was severely impacted, and we had to think outside the box to stay afloat. Additionally, I helped revamp our social media presence and image, which resulted in a growing follower base and increased exposure. Finally, I introduced a new concept for our drinks menu, adding to our unique appeal.
