I have been working closely with Petr Zikovsky during my Store Manager role in Budaörs during the period of 2007 to 2012 as well as during period of being Sales Leader IKEA CZHUSK 2012-2020. Petr was member of my training team Back to Commercial Basics and later I was reporting to him as Sales leader CZHUSK. We worked together on several projects throughout various processes and topics both in Commercial area and on total company level. From the first day of the cooperation, Petr together with the team, has been meeting and over-performing all outlined goals and assignments like vision realization, store processes and organization development, market penetration management and later on in his Sales manager role for CZHUSK leading whole sales organisation. He was one of the most valuable member of the Regional Team, bringing people together, contributing to any topic beyond his responsibility field, always delivering on agreed actions and tasks as well as challenging the way we want to develop the business. Petr was always actively contributing in many fields of company operation with couple of topics i’d like to highlight: Development of the whole company by putting customer and co- worker needs and views in the first place. Creating Commercial Plan by taking care of all new inputs-elements of the business and society movement. Petr is hard working person with huge experience in the international retail. Big passion for selling, customers satisfaction, delivery of results and energy for working with people no matter of level in hierarchy make him a great member of any management team. He is able to work on his own same as being a valid member of any team. Could be also tough man but not without clear purpose. I had a chance to work with him in one team but also collaborate in different projects where we were in position of opponents and I have to say no matter of difficulties we always came to good final results.
