Pete helped my wife and I buy our first home! It took me over a year to make up my mind - and Pete patiently helped to educate us on the house buying process, the market, on what to look for and what not to sweat Pete made us feel like his top priority - he was very responsive and flexible with scheduling Pete also did a great job negotiating - getting us an extra few thousand off that I didn’t expect to get For me the biggest advantage of working with Pete was that he wasn’t pushy or sale’sy - he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase, instead of just looking to close I’d absolutely recommend Pete in a heartbeat
