O Instituto BRF na ocasião precisava implantar um sistema que apoiasse a área por ter seus controles 100% manuais. Nesta período, algumas empresas entraram na análise técnica e funcional. E o Peterson com sua paciência, responsabilidade e parceria entendeu qual era a real necessidade que poderia agregar valores ao Instituto. Fizemos uma nova rodada de estudos e acertamos os pontos críticos que eram necessários. Posso dizer que a resistência e perseverança faz deste profissional uma singularidade na forma da apresentação de um Produto, deixando o cliente confortável. Além, de compreender totalmente o processo operacional e sistêmico. Essa parceria rendeu a implantação do Sistema o qual o Instituto BRF atual.

Conheci o Peterson durante a implantação do ERP Asplan no Sinduscon. Foi um trabalho difícil para equipe Asplan, mas o Peterson sempre se manteve centrado, focado nas soluções e driblando o componente emocional da expectativa dos usuários (que é sempre muito grande).
