Peter and I worked together at the Factors Group for just over one year. Upon joining the organization I found Peter to be a very positive, open, and communicative team player. During my first few weeks, Peter took the time to introduce himself and then give me many insights into my new workplace which are still helping me to this day. Peter was also very interested in getting my perspective on things. This highlighted to me that even though he knew his job inside and out he was still looking to grow and take in new ideas.
