During the time we worked together at ratiopharm Belgium, Peter changed and structured quite some things in a positive way. He was a very available, open-minded GM and always open for constructive discussions. The company and I clearly got benefits out of his experience, scientific knowledge and expertise in the pharma business. Peter has a vision on how business shold be done. Besides that, his excellent sense of humor helps you through the more tougher times in business.

What stroked me when I approached Peter for the first time in his function of Marketing Manager, was his capacity to quickly identify the value -or the absence of it- in any proposal or claim you might make in his presence. 'Spider' Peter: his ability to build in a few minutes a seamless web of sharply relevant questions will help him to develop a lethal understanding of the mechanics and the processes at stake beyond any comparison. And as if it was just natural, this is all elegantly conducted of course. You never feel uncomfortable with Peter, but you soon realise that he is a consummate negotiator and know how to defend his company's interests. You also learn quickly that this is all based on one thing essentially: his lucid & professional attitude. Indeed, his passion to understand prevents him to take anything for granted. This is probably why Peter is so knowledgeable and so prone to move quickly to the next step. Working with Peter was definitely a pleasure because his sharp mind allows him to exercise his sense of humour ...without losing the sense of the purpose. PS: Peter when you have some time, please replicate yourself. Business badly need people like you!
