As part of a small and agile driver support team I support UK-based drivers of the global Toyota-flagship product KINTO One and the legacy Toyota and Lexus Financial Services portfolio, providing in-life support to enable customers to stay mobile through a range of queries, including acting as a customer advocate when liaising with other departments and other Toyota group companies and affiliates. While part of the KINTO One team I have supported the introduction of a new customer welcome and onboarding process, the streamlining of the accident management process with the KINTO UK accident team, and improvements to the end of contract process for the legacy Toyota and Lexus Financial Services contracts. I have also continued to build relationships with the KINTO One Direct renewals team, the One Toyota sales team, colleagues at both Toyota Financial Services and Toyota GB/Lexus UK, and the network of Toyota and Lexus franchise dealers. I have also worked to support the relationship between the KINTO One portfolio and KINTO UK's multibrand business, offering my experience of the fleet management business to improve customer outcomes across the whole KINTO portfolio.

As part of a fast-paced and customer-driven Customer Care team I provide support to drivers, company directors, and fleet managers from a range of organisations and public bodies ensuring that drivers are able to get on and stay on the road in a safe, cost effective, and environmentally conscious way. By developing strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, internal departments, and other lease companies I work for and with our drivers to allow them to focus on the things that matter to them - their jobs, their families, and their lives. I have supported the acquisition and delivery of cars to high profile individuals and industry leaders, co-ordinating a range of partners to deliver a unified customer experience to our drivers and limiting disruption to people leading some of the UK's largest companies. In addition to helping manage corporate fleets, I have worked on KINTO's personal and small business product KINTO One and it's Toyota Financial Services/Lexus Financial Services portfolio, offering a commitment to serving every customer, including ones covered by financial regulation, as our most important customer. I have worked with drivers and fleet teams from a range of public, private, and non-profit clients across all sectors including National Grid, the NHS, Hoover Candy Group, Olympus, a number of UK Government agencies, Affinity Water, Bosch and SGN. KINTO is owned by Toyota Financial Services and is part of Toyota's global ambition to transition from a motor company to a mobility company.
